Paducah Water offices relocate and improve services | Business
PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) – Paducah Water’s downtown business office will relocate to a new building at 1800 North 8th Street by Monday, February 4.
The newly consolidated Paducah Water campus includes the new office building, the water treatment facilities, distribution and engineering departments and a three million gallon water storage tank.
"Moving our business office to our 1800 North 8th Street location allows us to put all of the Paducah Water team on the same property," said Glen Anderson, Paducah Water General Manager. "In doing so we expect better efficiency and an increased sense of teamwork."
The new offices provide 5,760 square feet of space and implement enhancements that improve Paducah Water’s customer service systems. Staff will be better positioned to assist with heavy customer volumes in the office.
Payments can still be paid via phone, Internet, mail and at drop boxes located throughout our service area. Customers can also stop by the new office and make payments in person. The on-site payment drop box will be available at the 8th Street address.
The previous office is located at 401 Washington Street and is for sale. The 3,200 square feet space includes:
