PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - A newly renovated family clinic will be celebrating on Monday, July 9 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The 18-year-old St. Nicholas Family Clinic has a new look thanks to JLF Design and BB&T's Lighthouse Project, along with many other businesses and individuals.
“The dedication and generosity of our community has been incredible over the last month,” said Brandi Harless, Executive Director of the Clinic.
The renovations have included new flooring, paint and artwork throughout the entire building, a remodeled waiting space with comfy chairs, a TV and new office furniture.
“The Clinic feels welcoming now”, said Jessica Folmar of JLF Interior Designs. “We really wanted to make the place inviting and comfortable for those who are coming in as patients. I think we can say we accomplished that.”
The clinic provides urgent and primary care to working people who are uninsured with household incomes below 200 percent of the federal poverty level, for example, a family of four can make $44,700 and be qualified.
