PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - The Paducah Board of Education will host a Christmas Open House and reception honoring William R. Black, Jr. for his 24 years of service to the board.
The reception will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. with presentations at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 4.
The event will be at Central Office Board Room, 800 Caldwell Street in Paducah.
