Westbound I-24 to be reduced for overpass inspection
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says they plan to restrict westbound traffic to one lane on Interstate 24 near the Marshal-McCracken County line on Tuesday, November 27.
KYTC says the westbound lane will be restricted for a detailed inspection of the KY 787/Rosebower Church Road Overpass at I-24 mile point 16.88.
According to KYTC, westbound drivers on I-24 should be alert for slowing and merging traffic as they approach the 17 mile marker. This inspection work may require occasional restrictions on KY 787/Rosebower Church Road at the site. They say appropriate caution is required.
