PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - The Paducah Chamber’s February 7 Power in Partnership Breakfast will feature a celebration of Black History Month.

Anthony Wright, the former Director of Economic Development for the Lexington - Fayette Urban County Government, will be the keynote speaker.

Currently, Wright is an account executive with Harshaw Trane in Lexington. Prior to joining Harshaw Trane, he also served as the Development Advisor for the Kentucky League of Cities and the KLC Liaison for the Kentucky Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials. In addition, Wright was selected as one of the 44 Kentucky Young Leaders for a New Century.

He received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan Engineering School and has completed course work for his international certification in economic development from the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute.

The breakfast will be from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Convention Center, Ohio Room. It costs $15 for members and $25 for non-members. The RSVP deadline is Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 5 p.m. You can call 270-443-1746 or e-mail info@paducahchamber.org to make a reservation.
