3 arrested, bike still missing after stolen property investigation | Crime
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - The McCracken County Sheriff's Department arrested three people after a burglary on Milliken Road on April 8.
Richard D. Middleton, 33, of Paducah, Ky. was charged with third degree burglary and receiving stolen property over $10,000.
Haley M. Boggs, 23, of Paducah, Ky. was charged with third degree burglary and receiving stolen property over $10,000.
Alejandro Z. Gonzalez 39, of Mayfield, Ky. was wanted but turned himself into the sheriff's department on September 24. He was wanted on charges of receiving stolen property over $10,000 with additional charges likely in the future.
Based on the five-month investigation, detectives say they were led to two suspects that were believed to be connected with the burglary and theft of about $16,000 in property. Deputies say the property included a large amount of copper wire and a 2011 Kaasaki ZX-14 sport bike.
Detectives say they found and interviewed Middleton and Boggs. They say both admitted to burglarizing the location in question and disposing of the items that were stolen. As the investigation continued detectives were able to establish the stolen motorcycle was sold to Gonzalez.
Detectives say they still have not found the stolen motorcycle. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen motorcycle is asked to contact the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department at 270-444-5157.
