Paducah man arrested after investigation into illegal prescription drug sales | Crime
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A Paducah man was arrested around 1 p.m. on Monday, September 17 as part of an investigation into the alleged selling of prescription pain medication.
David K. Tindell, 33, was charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance in the second degree and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, detectives received information that Tindell was selling his prescription pain medication, specifically Lortab doses. Detectives initiated an investigation where they bough Lortab doses from Tindell on multiple occasions.
On Monday, detectives went to Tindell's home located at 2400 Palmer and found evidence of the sale of medication, as well as money that is believed to be proceeds from the illegal sale of drugs.
Tindell was arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail. The sheriff's department said at the time of his arrest, Tindell was on parole for prior felony offenses.
