MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - The McCracken County Sheriff's Department need help identifying two suspects they say tried to cash two stolen payroll checks.

On September 14 employees at Central Paving reported that a burglary to the business happened sometime during the night. Officers say it was discovered that forced entry was made into the business and several guns, cash and payroll checks were taken.

According to the sheriff's department, on the afternoon of the reported burglary, two Hispanic males tried to cash two Central Paving payroll checks at US Bank in Lone Oak, but were scared off when the tellers began asking questions. Officers say there is no suspect vehicle information at this time. Photos of the suspects have been provided.

If anyone has information regarding the identity of the two suspects, please contact the McCracken County Sheriff's Department at 444-4719, or contact Crimestoppers at 443-TELL. Anyone with information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the suspect(s) may be eligible for a reward up to $1000.
