MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A man was sentenced to over four years in federal prison, followed by two years of supervised release, after he pleaded guilty to being a felon with a gun.

Brandon S. Walker was sentenced on Jan. 10 after he pleaded guilty to a single count federal indictment charging him with possession of a firearm by a felon.

According to court documents, on Feb. 22, 2011, in Paducah, Ky., Walker owned and sold a Glock GMBH, model 22, .40 caliber semiautomatic pistol and nine rounds of .40 caliber ammunition. They say the weapon was forfeited to the U.S. Government.

Walker had previously been convicted of felony crimes in Jefferson County and McCracken County in 2000 and 2002.
