On Sunday March 3, sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 5800 Old Benton Road, Stan’s Body Shop in reference to a stolen trailer. They say the owner noticed it missing and then reviewed video from a surveillance camera system.
From the video, deputies say the truck appeared to be a mid '80s Chevrolet, red in color, with some type of utility or service type bed.
Around 3 p.m. Capt. Officers say the driver of the truck, Pylant, was found inside the business where it was parked.
According to the sheriff's department, after further investigation at this location and questioning Pylant, he was arrested.
