Empty Bowls Project of Paducah will be Feb. 23 | Events
PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - The Empty Bowls Project of Paducah will hold their event on February 23.
The event will be at the Julian Carrol Convention Center. Tickets will be $15 and proceeds go to help feed the hungry.
