Workforce Solutions is offering two kids camps in July | Events
PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - Workforce Solutions at West Kentucky Community and Technical College is offering two camps for kids in July.
Kindergarten through second grade will excavate fossils in the Junior Dino Dig Camp July 18-22. They will learn everything from what the dinosaur had for dinner, to how to dig up bones and how to put together a skeleton.
The Junior Meteorologist Camp will be July 25-29. Third through fifth graders will learn how to build a weather station, create a tornado and make it rain in class.
The instructor for both camps will be Jason Lindsey, also known as The Science Guy. The camps will be in The Emerging Technology Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
It costs $90 per camp. Space is limited, to register you can call 270-534-3335.
