US 60/I-24 Business Loop to be reduced for road work | News

PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a contractor plans to restrict traffic to one lane on US 60 Business/I-24 Business Loop in Paducah on Tuesday, May 29 and Wednesday, May 30.
Drivers should be alert for slowing and merging traffic at US 60 Business mile point 2.6. This restriction is for westbound/northbound traffic along the I-24 Business Loop in the 1000 block of South 3rd Street near the Ingram Barge Company offices.
KYTC says this lane restriction is to allow the installation of new curb and gutter along the road.
This lane restriction is expected to go up about 7 a.m. on Tuesday and stay up until sometime Wednesday afternoon.
Drivers should use caution in this work zone were equipment and construction personnel will be on the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
