2 women with minor injuries after SUV crash | News
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Two women were taken to the hospital with minor injuries after an SUV ran off the road on August 4.
Katherine Hastings, 20, of Paducah told officers she was trying to avoid another vehicle that was in her lane of traffic when her 2001 Nissan Xtera dropped off the right shoulder in the 4200 block of Lovelaceville Road, according to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department.
The SUV went through a small group of trees and into a large ditch with about 15 feet of water before it came to rest at an angle.
Her passenger, Katherine Davis, 20, had to be cut from the vehicle by the Lone Oak Fire Department.
The crash happened on August 4 around 9:51 p.m.
