Paducah man faces DUI charges after rollover crash | News
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS)- A Paducah man is facing DUI charges after a crash Saturday afternoon in McCracken County.
Bill Derington, 38, of Paducah was cited to court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, a class B misdemeanor.
The crash happened Saturday at 4:15 in the 1300 block of Creekview Drive.
Officers say Derington was driving a 2006 Dodge Ram truck when he went too fast from the roadway. The truck traveled down his front yard striking a small tree. The truck flipped landing in a creek bed of rocks.
Derington was taken by EMS to a Paducah area hospital with minor injuries.
The Reidland-Farley Fire Department assisted at the scene of the collision.
