PADUCAH, KY (KFVS)- Paducah police say a loud party complaint led to the arrest of an Indiana man Wednesday on burglary charges.

Jach L. Hayes, 23, of East Chicago, Indiana, was arrested on second degree burglary charges, giving a false name or address to officers and being a fugitive from justice.

Officers responded Wednesday evening around 8:30  to the complaint at Charleston Apartments on Jefferson Street.  Police say Hayes gave an officer two different names and three different social security numbers.

Another officer recognized Hayes' name as a suspect in a burglary Tuesday at a home on Jackson Street.

According to Paducah Police, the items were found on a couch inside the apartment.

Police say Hayes was listed in the National Crime Information Center System as charged in a Will County (Joliet), Illinois warrant with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

He was taken to the McCracken County Jail.

Officers say a 17-year-old with Hayes was also taken into custody as a fugitive from justice.

She was charged with a Joliet, Ill. warrant of failure to appear. She was taken to the McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
