MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Two were taken to the hospital Wednesday, December 5 after a crash on US 68 at I-24.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says they received the report around 10:40 a.m. on Wednesday. They say the investigation showed a 2005 Nissan Altima driven by Shelby E. Remley, 19, of Paducah was going east on US 68 when she tried to cross the westbound lanes of US 68 to the I-24 on-ramp.
According to officers, Remley crossed into the path of Gary Seay, 69, from Benton, Ky., driving a 2004 Chevy Silverado.
Officers say they were both taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
