Two-vehicle crash on Benton Rd. Monday injures 3 | News

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Three people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Benton Road Monday, January 28.

Around 2:27 p.m. on Monday, deputies were dispatched to a two-car crash on Benton Road in front of Food Giant. When they arrived, they say Bobby Summers, 66 from Benton, was driving westbound in his 1994 GMC pickup and rear ended a 2003 GMC Yukon driven by Amanda Kennedy, 34 from Paducah.

Both drivers and Kennedy's passenger, Gladys Helton, 68 from Paducah, were sent to a local ER for treatment of their injuries.

Deputies were helped on scene by Jason’s Wrecker Service, Reidland Farley Fire Dept and Mercy EMS.
