1 injured in 2 vehicle crash | Transportation
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - One person was injured after a two-vehicle crash in McCracken County.
McCracken Co. deputies were dispatched around 10:53 a.m. to a two vehicle wreck on U.S. 60 west and New Liberty Church Rd.
A 2004 Honda CRV driven by Mark Hollingsworth from Edmond, Oklahoma was traveling west on US 60.
Hollingsworth had stopped for other vehicles in front of him that were turning left.
A 2006 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Joshua McKendree of Paducah also traveling west on U.S.60
According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, he attempted to avoid the collision but was unable to and ran into the rear of the vehicle.
Gina Hollingsworth, a passenger in the Honda, was transported to Lourdes hospital by Mercy ambulance for minor injuries.
